Happy Lemon… in Manila?
Posted: November 3, 2010 Filed under: JTA 09: Hong Kong | Tags: Happy Lemon, Hong Kong 4 Comments »I don’t know if you’ve heard of Happy Lemon (http://www.happy-lemon.com/). It’s this beverage chain in Hong Kong where I used to buy these fantastic lemonade slushies (a little too sweet, but really good) and bubble tea drinks. Apparently, there’s gonna be one in Greenhills Promenade. Isn’t this just insane? After MUJI and Crystal Jade, it’s like the entirety of Hong Kong is moving here, one store at a time. Makes me miss the real thing more, though.
Please, please make the next store IKEA. I mean, they already got to Thailand. Isn’t it about time they came to the Philippines? :)
Random trivia: Did you know that the clothing brands Giordano and Bossini actually originated from Hong Kong? :D
IKEA! IKEA! IKEA!!! pupunta ako dun kahit wala akong bibilhin. Hahaha! Titignan ko lang yung mga things!
me too! well kumakain din pala ako hihihi
I’ve never been to an IKEA store, but I saw some pics recently, and I thought, “Why the heck didn’t I ever visit an IKEA store in Hong Kong or Japan?” The IKEA cafeterias sure look good, too – they serve Swedish food! Haha, I wish that Japanese stores would also start opening here. I’d love to see Uniqlo, Saizeriya, Tokyu Hands, Kinokuniya and (okay, asa pa ako kasi sobrang niche yung anime market) Animate.
