Charmie Who?

Dear Reader,

Before anything, please know that this is a personal blog, serving as a sort of diary so I can keep track of my life.  The primary reader of the blog is still me, so I decide what I post and if you don’t like it, then please do me a favor and click that little X on the upper right corner of your screen. Theeeere you go.

I’ve been blogging for such a long time I now do it more out of duty than anything else. Still, even though my reader count decreases regularly (I’m pretty sure I have to be in the negatives by now), I need this blog to survive, as this is my outlet for anything I have to express. Be it my obsession with feminine Korean males or food (although recently, that stuff goes to my food blog, more info below).

Things I love:

• Eating (anything!)
• Writing (once upon a time, fiction; today, mostly blog posts and school stuff.)
• Reading (fiction, mostly, esp young adult and chick lit; today, not so much)
• Lurking around the Net (my latest haunts: Allkpop, Youtube, Tumblr, random food blogs and webcomics)
• Korean pop culture! (including: K-pop, K-dramas, variety shows, idols, etc.)
• Music (but not ALL types of music. I have very specific tastes that cannot be narrowed down by genre)

Things I dislike, because hate is such as strong word (but honestly, this is just a list of things I hate):

• Sports, especially those involving balls, by which I mean the round bouncy kinds. Yes, I will not stop attempting to explain myself as it’s not making things any less awkward.
• Hiking, although I’ve been warming up to it lately.
• School. Period.

I have Tumblr, Twitter, and practically every other social networking site known to man, except maybe Myspace, but that’s only because I’m not in the US. They’re pretty inactive right now though. Still, you never know when my creative juices will suddenly begin gushing out my veins, so add me! :D

P.S. There is a reason why I call myself Charmie here in this blog and not by my full real name. No, not because my blog is a private blog and I’d like to keep my identity a secret. But because my real name is actually Charmeleon and I’m embarrassed by it. :(
